2024 Events in Review

March 30, 2024 - Annual Easter Egg Hunt with Easter Bunny
Thank you to Stefanie Kilpatrick for organizing this event enjoyed by over 100 Association families that registered! Over 2,000 eggs were hunted that were stuffed and hidden thanks to several volunteer residents! Thank you to Brad Galvan for donating two baskets that were raffled at the event. And, thank you to Michael DeSiero for bringing our resident Easter Bunny to life this year.

July 4, 2024 - Annual 4th of July Parade with Strongsville Police Department
Thank you to Michelle Anthony for organizing this event enjoyed by many families!

July 28, 2024 - Annual Golf Outing at Royal Crest
Thank you to Brad Galvan for organizing! It was a fun, sweaty, and competitive day for 16 players that participated and all enjoyed a cookout afterwards. The winning team included Tony Connelly, Judd Oberhauser, Scott Dangle, and Chris Sisley. Brad secured sponsors including Stilly Spirits, Mitchell's Ice Cream, Royal Crest Golf Club, and Golf Galaxy who provided prizes and tee-gifts. Leftover food from the cookout was taken to the community pool and enjoyed by hungry swimmers and lifeguards.

October 6, 2024 - 3rd Annual Browns Game Tailgate and Chili Cook Off
Thank you to Brad Galvan for organizing this event with a great crowd of fans who went home with broken hearts, but full bellies. 8 chilis were entered into the contest. In the spirit of election season, every attendee had a chance to vote for their favorite. Judd Oberhauser and Scott Dangle ended up with the most votes. This is their second time winning the coveted golden ladle! Kids had a chance to paint pumpkins into Browns helmets and take advantage of the beautiful sport court on a stunning autumn afternoon. At halftime, attendees took a moment to recognize the efforts of HOA Board members and those that assist the Board regularly.
