Amenities

Our community offers a variety of amenities to our residents included but not limited to: 
  • Community Pool (located at the north clubhouse area on Goldenstar Dr.) See below for additional information on pool hours and accessibility information. 
  • Private clubhouse available for rental (see instructions below for rental instructions)
  • Two fully accessible ponds accessible for fishing (with proper permits per city of Strongsville)
  • Tennis Courts
  • Two playground areas
  • Walking/Biking Trails
  • Common area green space 
 
Community Pool - The community pool is accessible to all active DLHOA residents (must have yearly dues paid in full) and to those that have registered for and purchased in full an approved non-resident yearly pool pass (see links and information below for both resident new pool passes AND non resident pool pass registration documents). You can find the pool rules, hours of operation, and detailed seasonal calendar at the links below.
 
 
Resident pool passes are expected to be passed down to new owners in the association upon title transfer, however we are aware that doesn't always occur as expected. New residents or current residents that happen to not be in possession of their pool passes may see the link below to procure new ones. 
 
Non-Resident pool passes are available each pool season on a limited and first come, first serve basis. The DLHOA board of trustees reserves the right to manage the number of non-resident pool passes available on a yearly basis at their discretion. 
 
 
Clubhouse Rental Policies, Procedures, and Pricing -  Please contact our Clubhouse Reservation Manager, Michelle Anthony to reserve the clubhouse for private events. She may be reached specifically during the following hours 9:00am - 7:00pm at: michelle@subininsurance.com or by phone at: 440.759.3158. The document continually refreshes when changes are made. Please check availability on the scheduling document prior to choosing a date and contacting Michelle.
  • Clubhouse Rental is available to all current DLHOA residents that are PAID IN FULL (including association dues, late fees, and any other fees) for the active year of rental.
 
  • Clubhouse rental pricing is $150 for the day (Starting 01/01/2024) with an additional security deposit of $150 
  • A plow deposit of $50 will also be required during winter rental months. We will only plow the clubhouse parking lot if there is a reservation that day. It costs the HOA about $150 to pay for the parking lot to be plowed, thus we are only asking that a portion of that cost be covered by the resident renting. If there is no plowing required on the date of your reservation, this fee will not be incurred. 
 
  • A total of two or three checks must be delivered to Michelle at a minimum of two weeks prior to the clubhouse reservation date.
    • First check for $150
    • Second check for $150 - This check will be destroyed or returned to you upon confirmation of successful completion of all clubhouse rental policies.
    • (During winter months) Third check for $50 - This check will be destroyed or returned to you if plowing is not required on your reservation date.
