See link above. The purpose of the handbook is to augment, not replace our governing documents. It also serves to translate the outdated legal jargon of our governing documents, so that our residents may better understand the rules and regulations of our association.
 
See link above.  The Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DCR) are the fundamental governing documents of the HOA, and establish the rules under which it exists and functions, and states the owners’ rights and restrictions on the use of common property as well as their obligations to participate in governing and funding the HOA.
 
See link above.  By-Laws are organizational documents used to establish specific operating procedures of the HOA for such matters as meetings, voting procedures, leadership positions, and duties and responsibilities of specific officers.

See link above. The collection policy is used to establish specific operating procedures of the HOA for collection of annual dues and assessments of any fines, fee's, or other operating procedures pertaining to dues collection from association members. 
 
This was completed in 2021. The Reserve study outlines anticipated expenditures across the association years in advance to help guide the Board of Trustees when making decisions regarding Association finances including budgeting moneys utilized for various projects across the Association especially when maintaining/updating our amenities.
